Apply filters to a conversation

You can apply filters to conversations in Epiq Assist to refine the document set. The filters apply to all prompts entered in the conversation until they are changed or reset. You can adjust filters as desired throughout a conversation.

To apply filters to a conversation, complete the following procedure.

  1. In the Main Menu, select and then .

  2. In , apply filters to refine the document population as needed. As you apply filters, note the number in the count changes to reflect the refined document population.

    •  Search for or select one or more custodians from the dropdown and click .
    • Search for or select one or more file types from the dropdown and click .

    •  Select a date modifier from the dropdown (default is ), enter a date, and click .

      • If you select the modifier, enter two dates to identify the range.

    • Select to remove all filters.

  3. The icon appears at the bottom of the response.
